Bleeding, receding gums and natural cure?

It's Robbie! How are ya? I have been having some computer issues so this is why you haven't heard from me in a while.
I have bleeding, receding gums and I want to get rid of it! Can you suggest to me what to do? I also have plaque build up really bad and and a dentist said deep cleansing at 360.00 which I can't afford right now, what can I do? Could you suggest a home remedy for not only the badly bleeding gums but the deep cleaning under the gum line. Maybe I can get one of those gadgets they use to cleanse the tooth under the gum line?
