Ear Infections?

I have chronic ear infections due to mishaped estachian tubes. I am 24 years old. I had tubes in my ears 2 years ago but they really didn't help too much, they got infected alot. I have noticed the thing that helps the most is taking sudafed in the morning and night, this seems to keep me dried up enough so that infection doesn't set in. Is this healthy to take on a daily basis? I have a "full" feeling in my ear right now, doesn't hurt at all, just feels like there's probably fluid in it. I have left over drops called "Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates and Hydrocortisone Otic Suspension USP" I have been using these drops for 2 days and ear still doesn't hurt but still feels "full". Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Valerie
