Can't find a solution. Has anyone had this problem, what was your final diagnosis?

Can't get to sleep at night due to shaking (tremor, spasam, etc) in the tissue that surrounds the stomach area. I have no pain and I don't have the problem as long as I am standing or sitting or partially reclined. When I lay down the tissue right below my chest area vibrates, shakes, has tremors or spasams, call it what you like, the movement is either unobservable or almost unobservable to the naked eye. My bed is proped up 6+ inches.

Cardiologist says not heart. GI physician did an Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, X-Ray and several other tests and said to come back in 5 years. Diagnotician at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale said she never heard of my symptoms. I had H-Pylori and did 2 PrevPacs to cure and the Endoscopy showed that I was healed of it. I have been taking (on an occasional basis), Digestive Enzymes, Peppermint + to try to relax the muscles, all the natural things I'm taking are Enteric Coated.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have been seeking an answer for over 2 years now. Thanks for any help in advance. You may email me if you have had this and have gotten rid of it or had good results.
