So proud of my fellow flushers!!

I just wanted to encourage you all and tell you how proud I am of all of us. We have gone against the grain and not listened to the bad advice of doctors telling probably all of us, "if you don't get that gb removed, you'll end up in the ER!" Like alot of you, I have just pushed forward and decided to take care of my body my own way and I am feeling so much better and I'm so happy I was able to keep my gb. Doing flushes takes courage, especially the first time... so good job everyone! We are a special group and I think we deserve a pat on the back!!
