THanks, Val, I did stick it out, and I hit one rough spot, but it was a very productive flush so far and I'm glad I went through with it. I'm going to report the results in a new posting farther up the page. BTW, that hair-pulling thing is a craniosacral teqhnique! It probably drains cranial fluid from your head or re-adjusts the cranial bones which relieves your headache. As for the Advil - anti-inflammatories are particularly hard on the liver, and I would think would be counter-productive for a flush. That said, I do, however, take a half dose of a pharmaceutical sleeping pill to try to get through a nauseous flush night, since I'm such a light sleeper. It usually seems the lesser of two evils to me, under the circumstances. I still get good results, I don't get the sense that it has inhibited the release of stones, although I haven't tried without it.
