Yep the magnesium dosage relaxes/opens and empties the bile ducts although thinking logically I can only assume that this could in some cases decrease the risk of stones becoming stuck but in others increase the risk. For example a stone which maybe normally become stuck could pass through the bile ducts no problems with the use of Epsom Salts , but on the other hand an even larger stone which would not budge without the use of Epsom Salts may now move but become stuck. So yeah I think it's really important to break up stones beforehand regardless.

Herbs help support what we are doing, and I too came to the conclusion that I should break these stones smaller if possible. Lecithin has helped me a great deal, and even help minimize the discomfort in my stomach.
