Re: Can too much oil be harmful?

I had posted this question to Andreas, and I guess I am looking for a "second opinion" here, because I am still confused. Yes, I am sold on the idea that we need our EFA's, that's why I have been taking them for long. On the other hand, if the body cannot deal with it properly, maybe then it is harmful? Also, why take it if it passes through like undigested sunflower seeds. I am thinking along the lines of food sensitivities . Take for example a food such as grapefruit or green peppers. We know these foods have a lot of benefitial ingredients, but they are toxic for a person who's body has sensitivities to them, therefore should be avoided by that person. So I don't know if this thinking can be applied to oils as well???
I sure hate to miss my EFS', was wondering if someone knows how to cure the problem of floating stool, since I believe it is the unprocessed oil that makes it float, just like the cholesterol makes liver stones float.....
