flushing

Hey everyone..I know this has been posted so many times, and I did look through some of the archives, but I just don't have time to sit on the computer all day..nor do I want to..so I will ask. The famous question from females..Is it OK to do the cleanse while we are menstruating. I think the second cleanse I did at the end of my period..but this one will be at the beginning..(my 5th cleanse)I really need to do it this weekend because I am going away the following weekend..and I want to keep to a schedule of 2-4 weeks..
