hepatocellular cancer

My father had a 4th stage hepatocellular cancer as per doctor's prognosis. They said that it's already impossible to operate his liver because it's too late. The cyst was already 11cm. according to ultrasound result, and biopsy indicates that it's cancerous. We haven't had a doctor's 2nd opinion from another hospital. Right now were just trying the alternative medicines we've got. He was taking 12 capsules a day of squalene(sharks liver oil) together with the alkaline water. He used to eat steam fish and vegetables and fruits during lunch and dinner. In the morning 30 minutes before breakfast we used to give him 2 teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil together with the squezze 1 lemon. I need help from anybody out there to please help us on how we could cure his illness and which food or supplements intake should we followed.
