I just wanted to share some of my favorite good fats that I eat, in case any of you were having trouble finding some, like I was. I have been eating about 3-4 avocado's a week. These are very high in good fat and they don't make my Gallstones act up at all. I have also been snacking on almonds everyday about 1/4 cup or a little more each day. Does any one else have any other good fat foods that they particularly enjoy? Thanks!
