That is really interesting about the liver/gallbladder times, I have never heard that before. I've only done one flush so far, last weekend, and I noticed that from 11:30-1:30 I was tossing and turning and feeling really lousy and uncomfortable. I managed to prop my head up on 2 pillows and fall back to sleep and then I slept pretty good till 6:00.
