I had adult Acne for over a year. My doctor had me on all kinds of medication and nothing helped until I read Dr Clarks book and found this forum. I now zap, liver cleanse, and use demodex from demodex solutions and in 3 months all my rosacea is gone. I had a healthy diet(80% vegetarian and 20% organic meat)and did colon cleansing and jucing but I didn't see any results until I practiced Dr Clarks protocol. No one has to live with this problem.
