Ulcerative colitis and cleansing questions...please respond

Can someone with active ulcerative colitis (bleeding and diarrhea) do a liver gall bladder cleanse? Will Epsom Salt aggravate the colitis? My wife is 34 and over the past few years has developed (in order) allergies, mild Acne flare ups, intermittent carpal tunnel syndrome, pms, headaches, digestive problems with no known cause or cure, and now ulcerative colitis possibly crohn's disease. She is normal weight and eats a healthy vegetarian diet. Would she be able to complete a liver cleanse with her condition and do you think it would be beneficial? Thanks for any replies.
