which type of cable/wires do i need to make own zapper with breadboard please?

Hi,
i was wondering to make my own zapper what thicknes of cable/wire i need to connect the alligator clips to a breadboard ?& is it the same thicknes for the on/off switch to the breadboard? maybe it doesnt matter that much,id just prefer to get this as acurate as possible.i have some thin wire/cable,unsure if that would be thick enough.
i really didnt think id be able to make a zapper ,but then i looked at the videos on http://www.clarkzapper.net it seems simple enough :)
Im on a Colon Cleanse right now,would like to use a zapper as part of the cleanse,
