Pain Management -- Need Advice, Please.

Does anyone know of equipment that can help in this situation? Here's a synopsis of the circumstances:

I'm inquiring on behalf of a relative of mine who has been in severe pain for approx 12 years. The doctors really messed this person up pretty badly with a surgical procedure and then covered it up! It started out with a bowel laproscopic perforation that resulted in emergency surgery. Following she had 4 other major surgeries and complications, with part of the intestines removed. Surprisingly, my cousin doesn't have a collostomy bag. But, she suffers from severe abdominal pains and takes heavy duty meds, like morphine, and her quality of life has diminished considerably.

I spoke to my cousin last night, and she sounds very depressed and tired from fighting this pain on a daily basis. To make matters worse, after years of fighting for a case, she no longer has one. The hospital and docs destroyed the evidence of the initial cause. My cousin feels there is no hope for her and she really wants to get off of these heavy meds that are slowly killing her.

Since I have been reading up on zappers for me, I had wondered if anyone knows of some type of machine for pain management for soft/cellular tissue repair. I don't know if Rife, Beck, ultraviolet, laser, etc would help her or not. Has anyone come across anything or knows of technology that could help?

Many thanks for your input!
