The most important things to consider are PLATE ZAPPING (remember, if you cannot afford your own slides, you can MAKE your own anatomy slides, see Dr. Clark's books for how to do this) to target the organ or bio tissues you are wanting to target. Also remember the important of using walnut hull tincture extract or freeze dried "green" walnut hull along with zapping. My docs - Dr. Jeffery Sutherland included (
http://www.frequencyresearch.org ) are ALL suggesting PLATE ZAPPING ie. using the anatomy slides with the frequency generators or "zapping" to focus the energy pulses/electricity/frequencies toward that specific targeted tissue in the body ie. lymph, blood, brain, skin, etc. (whatever you are targeting).

Further recommendations:
* For meat meals add 5 lipase-pancreatin at the beginning and at the end of the meal in addition
Wear 10 gauss magnets during the day - 5 pieces
Zap 6 to 8 hours possibly with PLATE zapper
6 fresh seeds; choose apricot or peach or nectarine. Dosage: 5 days, then 5 days off, then 5 days again, etc.
Eliminate Vitamin A if you have skin irritations; continue with Vitamin A after they subside
