Sure, I agree. If you leave off conveniences such as an on-off switch, indicators to let you know that it is on or working, indicators to let you know the optimum time to replace the battery, attractive carrying cases, and a good instructive users manual it will be cheaper.

Actually, they make as much markup on their product as normai. They just use tha cheapest parts available and minimum parts.

3. they want to make it so a zapper is affordable for all, which is why they provide plans for free!

Other zapper companies supply plans for better zappers. The plan supplied for this zapper is not Dr. Clarks plans but a substitute.

The truth is that while it is effective for colds and some other minor problems, I have not seen one person on this forum claim much success for any major illness.
