Zappers and HPV and Herpes

Hi!
Does anyone know how the Zappers can work for HPV and Herpes type viruses? I have a slight outbreak of HPV, but I hate going to the doctor for it because I always develop a huge rash after every treatment she gives me.

I heard one time about a huy who used to have herpes outbreaks, he had a heart problem and at some point in his life he needed to have paddles to restart his heart. He claimed though that after that he never has had one outbreak on herpes since then. Anyone ever hear of anything similar to this? I really would prefer to not go under the paddles to get rid of a few warts.
