What are those of you that plate zap doing to feed white blood cells? I'm talking about the "white blood cell food," i.e. selenium/germanium/vitamin C.
I don't know about you guys, but I've called several stores in my area (Columbus, Ohio) and found absolutely *nobody* who sells brazil nuts in the shells. You can buy them shelled of course, those are just about everywhere.
I'm attempting to make due with just store bought selenium caplets, and hydrangea root and rose hips that were bought from Self Health Resource Center.
