hemangioma

hi! I have just been diagnosed having a "liver hemangioma" (after an ultrasound). Not much was said to me, except that it was benign and nothing should be done, except "watching it:". I have been in a lot of pain ever since November, 2001. First, I was treated for an ulcer and given Antibiotics . Pain got better for a while. It came back. Studies were done (ultrasound, CT Scan). Hemangioma was found. But nothing is going to be done, I was told. Pain continues. It's hard to live with pain for a long time: pain, nauseas, tiredness, burning (sometimes). Could it be caused by this "hemangioma"? And if so... what could be done about it?
Monday I'm going back to see my primary care physician. What would you advise me to tell/ask her? The specialist told me to "let it be", and "we'll just watch it".
Thanks.
PS: will you please reply directly to my e-mail? Otherwise, I will not know where to find you. I was searching for anything on the Internet about "hemangioma", and I found your page.
