This is correct! This is one person's opinion, the first person that took a serious look into the design and electrical performance of the F-Scan2 after Mr. Aubrey Scoon did a similar analysis for the F-Scan:
Neither Dr. Sutherland nor the other 'authorities' in electro therapy have the background in electronics that I and Mr. Scoon have. And if they do, they have not looked at the F-Scan or F-Scan2.
While I have stated that the F-Scan2 has helped people in the past and there is a lot of anecdotal evidence for this, it is despite the unreliable DIRP function and not because of it.
