Using almond milk everyday has been my delight for nearly 4 months now. Sesame milk is another route to explore as well! My recipe is as follows:
1 cup almonds (soaked for 12 hours)blended with 3 TBS. of non-gmo lecithin and 3 cups of RO water. Sometimes I'll add ginger/cinnamon/vanilla to the mix. Delish!
I'm currently looking for raw chestnuts in my city to make chestnut milk.
