I got this very simple, very delicious recipe from a friend who served it at lunch yesterday... all I can say is yuuuuummy and eeeeeasy!
you mix:
1-1/2 cups of blueberries (or any other berry you would like)
1 small tub cool whip (regular or lite)
1 cup blueberry (non fat or low fat) yogurt (or the flavor of any other berry you use)
pour all 3 ingredients into a graham cracker crust and refridgerate for 1-2 hours. Cut and serve. Yes, thats it ... and its very good! Its a lite enough desert that it can even be served not long after a big meal. Enjoy!
