Know anything about Photosensitive eczema?

Hi, i'm new to the board and i haven't seen anything about this type of eczema. It appears only on the backs of my hands and only in response to heat exposure. I cannot stay on the beach all day, and if i stay for an extended period i have to use off-the-charts SPF sunblock. Even then it still breaks out sometimes. Driving long distances during the day is also a headache. It is sooooo ugly. The doc says no cure, can anyone tell me anything else?
