Since I “upped” my workout routine, my Sugar craving has come back. Obviously, I’m not getting enough from fruits, vegetables and yogurt. So, I just began eating brown rice again. And, it works! However, I want to throw in a little soybean as well. (The combination of brown rice and soybean gives the quality of protein almost equivalent of fish.)
The thing is that I don’t even know how long I should cook them. Do you think I should cook soybeans longer than brown rice? If anyone has an idea how to cook both combined for how long, I’d appreciate feedback. (I have an electronic pressure cooker, but I prefer to just use stovetop. The former is too cumbersome, I found.)
