hey everyone, í just made some broth...it's very light and oh soo yummy. not to mention vert inexpensive.

5 cups water, 3 carrots chopped, i cube vegitarian bullion (stock cube), and some green onions i had laying around in the fridge.

boil water, drop the cube, carrots, onions last and a dash of ginger (use fresh if you got it)

to this you can also add a tablespoon of miso paste, and other veggies....

this broth is a great way to hydrate, since i hate drinking so much water, and it's tasty and light, my digestive system loves it! not sure about the sodium level in the organic veggie broth cubes, but im sure you can find something light in the health food store.
