combination of clark zapper and beck pulser plus colloidal silver maker on toolsforhealing?

hi everybody. this is my first post. i´m close to purchase my first zapper and found the above mentioned device at toolsforhealing. does anybody have a clue if it is good? comeback kid or anunnaki maybe? i have to add that i am german so i would have to figure out how to pay for it. maybe the fees of the bank are higher than the list price!
any comment would be welcomed!
