Thank you so much for your post! It helps me to understand something that I have noticed for myself. I used to have a vicious sweet tooth...much better after changing diet, cleansing and addressing candida...but would still crave chocolate from time to time. I used to eat milk chocolate which never seemed to quite satisfy me...even eating a whole candy bar wouldn't do it, and it became too sweet for my taste. A few years ago I tried some very good quality, organic dark chocolate and found that a very small amount was all it took! Now I have a better understanding of the craving and why the dark chocolate works so well.
