The homeopathic remedies I have used are both made by Sanum -Kehlbeck in Germany, one is called Albicansan, the other Sancombi. I got them from my naturopath here, then later ordered them directly from Europe. I used one for a while, several months maybe, then the other.
Sorry to say, but from what I remember, I was on the candida diet for at least 1/2 year ,AND did other things as well, before I noticed significant improvements. It is a slow road, but definitely worthwhile. I feel now like brand new.
It is also extremely important to do a bowel cleanse, perhaps the one with psyllium, bentonite, and caprilic acid. Initially I stayed with it for quite a few months, then later repeated it when necessary. And, off course, a good brand probiotics!
