Re: Medical Electrodes instead of pipes
Well for me they were easy to connect. The pads have a thin insulated wire about four
inches long with a small connector on the end. I soldered on a small pin connector to the end of the Zapper wires. I then inserted the pins into the pad connectors. I like them much better then the copper handholds. NO MORE WET PAPER TOWELS. You can use them on in the car or in an airplane or just about anywhere. The part I like best is the pads can be applied to just about any part of the body. I stuck them to my checks once after I just shaved using an electric razor. I could really feel my cheeks tingle when I turned on the Zapper. I usually put them on my wrists. Occasionally I will feel a slight tingle there but not like I did on the cheeks.
They seem to last for a long time. When they begin to lose their stickiness, I just put a few drops of water on the sticky surface to reactivate them. If you would use them everyday, the pads may last two or three months before they need replacing. They are a bit expensive compared the the copper tube and paper towel method, but they are more convenient to use.
Are they more effective then the copper tube and paper towel method?
I can't absolutely say yes, but in my opinion they do work. I have used the pads for about three years now with no problems.
