Breaking cleanse 5 pm Mon - 16th day

Hi friends, I'm breaking the cleanse now. I was not planning it at all, but my son came downstairs and asked for a driving lesson. I made all sorts of excuses not to, but the truth of it is that I was just feeling too weak and hungry. I suddenly felt I needed to get back into having enough energy to give a drivers lesson (and anyone who has a teenager knows it takes energy, lol), and anything else life throws my way. Decided not to do the OJ. Can't stand the thought of more citrus. Right now making the veggie soup, and will have some of the broth. Anyway, I've said it before, but this cleanse has become my best friend, and in some ways I'm really sad to leave it. But, someone on the board said it's always there for us, and it is. I'll do a few days of very light eating, and then a Liver Flush on the weekend. I don't plan to get back into much cooked food, and will go vegan for awhile. None of my shoes fit me because I've lost all the swelling I had in my feet and ankles. It feels so good to not have aching tired feet, I can't begin to tell you how good. I've also stopped snoring completely and a lot of the mucous problems I had have gone. I've lost quite a bit of weight. It's just been a wonderful experience, and thank you to everyone on this board for all the great energy and sharing. I'm going to stick around, so this isn't a goodbye post...just wanted to report on breaking the cleanse.
