Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your MC, that sucks. I wish I could offer some experience and/or knowledge, but I've only done one Master-Cleanse and it was fantastic. I am planning to do another, but not sure when. The time doesn't feel right for me and I am not at all motivated.

I hope others with experience will respond...I am very interested as well...
