Re: After the MC....question for those who have finished

Blueskyz, I was reading in a rather unusual site about "food spirits", probably the chemical residue of foods ingested years ago and trapped in congested ares of the digestive tract and released by cleansing. I think I experienced these "spirits" twice during my first MC. The first time I was buying lemons when all of a sudden I could smell and taste a Sonic Bacon Cheeseburger. I hadn't eaten one in years (even I have some common sense about bad foods), but I experienced a burger, even though I didn't want one. Another event was a little different, I woke up about 2:30 in the morning with the taste of Velveeta cheese in my mouth, I love real cheese, but am not that wild about Velveeta. Anyway that taste was so strong that I began to crave more. I was at the point of getting up, getting dressed and driving over 30 miles to buy something I don't even like. That was a powerful spirit.
This Master-Cleanse I had a few similar experiences, but just took those odd tastes and smells as more proof of deep cleansing.
BTW-Here I am, allowed to eat and not hungry!
