transformation

Hey Chris:
I want to recognize and applaud you for all that you have accomplished and learned about yourself in 10 short days. You set out to make some progress in cleaning your body, and received even more than you anticipated. That's especially a blessing because you were open to the receiving. The increases in one's personal awareness are truly only as complicated as one chooses to make it and almost always simpler than it seems at the moment. YOu've chosen to make it simple and stay in connection with what is taking place.

Also, be aware that while it can occassionally be tough maintaining continuity in newly learned physicial habits, it is equally tough to go backwards in emotional growth. Once the soul and the conscious mind has embraced a new understanding - even momentarily as an epiphany - the old one is gone. It DOES take conscious effort before that mindset becomes purely UNconscious and fully integrated, but when there is new understanding, there is never again the same embracement of the old one in its former entirety.

Furthermore, on a cellular and neurological level, your BODY has a new awareness - a new memory on which it can draw. It now knows what that feels like. Every time you go back, it becomes easier, because the body and cell "memory" is there. You can find this vibe on your own without the MC - consciously remember now how it feels within yourself while it is there. It will help to guide you back in that direction when you look to access it and as you practice making it part of your daily way of being.

You will never, never - and HAVE never - lost "the wonderful connection to what [you] think is [your] true self" - you are merely remembering it and moving to a closer connection with it. Every thing you do out of higher consciousness or intent- for yourself and for others - brings you even closer to your true self as you continue on your journey in that direction.

And remember, my friend, it IS a journey, not a destination! Have a GREAT trip!

blessings and be EVER so proud of yourself!
