This is a tricky and complex issue, but perhaps not so as it may seem at first glance. I have a book called "Beyond Our Galaxy" complete with detailed descriptions of various crafts, propulsion systems, and also another book in the series by David H. Lewis (he mysteriously died or dissappeared after having to self publish his works) http://www.hiddenmysteries.com Lewis insinuated throughout his works that he had personal contact with Aliens, at one time in the presence of a U.S. Senator, and alleged that the U.S. Government has knowledge of these who WALK among us, and they are a part of classified top secret files. Some of them look almost identical to us, while other more "Luciferian" or reptilian type greys, and so on look more like those in the movies (reference Aleister Crowley's LAM, I believe strongly after much experience and research that there is a STRONG definite connection between Enochian magic and extraterrestrials - NEGATIVE ones). Lewis even goes on how to, with a pure heart, selflessness, and intent, and some days of practice in seclusion, how one may actually make CONTACT with aliens (and hope that it's the positive ones, not a negative group). Often they have the power to read your mind and life (subconsious, etc.) long before you have seen there presence and or approach, and so on. No thought can be hidden from the ones he speaks of, as they are very far advanced than we, and far more spiritual, knowing of the Cosmic Creator and the KNOWING is what seperates them from our various religous sectarianism, and so on... a much more infantile spiritual existence we have here.

The case of the Billy Meier contacts with recorded UFO overflight to his property in Switzerland by the Swiss Military (230 or so in one year) and 21 attempts of assassination on his life, and 30 years of C.I.A. surveillance, plus WELL DOCUMENTED prophecies which match MY interpretation of the Bible almost perfectly, with a so far almost 98% or so accuracy rate of dozens upon dozens of very specific prophecies given, is quite an amazing case. I have "And They Still Fly", and have seen the prophecies,,, the same prophecies which have proven SCIENTIST astronomer findings MONTHS before official discovery, well documented by Meier and others BEFORE (proven), and so on... even the recent French riots, and the coming biochipping of the populations as led by America and Europe upon the world has been prophesied (as well as a huge red meteorite hitting and splitting the area between the Baltic and Black Sea http://www.theyfly.com ) It's a VERY well documented case, but much disinformation exists.

Richard C. Coombes, author and research of America The Babylon suggests that it's possible that it's either RUSSIA, but in HIS view, more likely "Angelic" or Alien FORCES that DESTROY American completely in the end of the end of America (some years after the initial WOUNDING of America parallel to the SYRIA event). This is interesting, because the Plejaran (Meier's contacts) state the same... in essence, they state that THEY or extraterrestrials may have to side with the other countries AGAINST the West, Specifically AMERICA as things develop, and thus INTERVENE (David H. Lewis states in warnings that ET may indeed INTERVENE in or before a WWIII). Why??? Because a nuclear war and the weaponry our irresponsible scientists are developing today, and our irresponsible government is allowing, etc. threaten not only the survival of mankind and human race, but PLANETS far away into the galaxy. Lewis's works, completely UNRELATED and seperate from Meier's contacts AFFIRM each other in this regard, and many others, such as a very ADVANCED form of belief in the Creator, and His Universal Laws.

Coombes work and research (exhaustive and well documented) indicates (as does Stewart C. Best http://www.truinsight.com and David Flynn at MTWATCHER.net author of Cydonia The Secret Chronicle of Mars and Dr. Tom Horn's "The Ahriman Gate" Raider's News Update) that America's Secret Government is in collusion with the negative or Luciferian alien forces as we near the end of this age (Suntelia) or Aion (December 21, 2012). Almost all these works indicate this, as does the Bible itself, referencing America's filling with "unclean spirits" as birds, or foul, or things that fly about... etc. etc. Best's "Project RedStar" and David Flynn's book on Cydonia explains these things perfectly, and documents them very, very well. It could be that if Prince William doens't manifest as AntiChrist, that IT may well be an "Alien" though that remains to be seen ;)

The facts are, there are alien structures and cities on MARS such as Tithunia. They are preparing for a time of disclosure, already in progress now.

Are their aliens? Lewis claims in "Mysteries Of The Great Pyramid" that Adam came here in a space ship, and married Lilith as his first wife... it was 400 years that he married Eve, and so on.

There is GOOD and EVIL everywhere in the universe, and also The Cosmic Creator and His Universal Law, and allegedly the more advanced beings Who Walk Among Us know this... and choose to whom they serve, and adherence or ignorance of those same laws as well :)))

It's quite a complex, yet simple thing... the world is one of infinite worlds, and we as great and mighty Spiritual beings having a very HUman experience can choose many an infinite possibility in all this, in so much as God allows and the final judgement, yet there is that which goes on FOREVER (infinity).

Many teach that this is hell, in a sense, I agree. I believe earth is the great test, the challenge, the testing ground. There are beings on worlds far more advanced, reincarnated, and experts at cloning, with no wars, no waste, and a much greater Spiritual knowledge and technology far beyond our comprehension, as well as abilities NATURAL and NORMAL to us, if we not remain in apathy, disbelief, and ignorance of the Cosmic Creator's universal laws... abilities such as Astral Travel (very beneficial to the Akashic Records for viewing), telepathy, levitation, telekinesis, and so on.

I found the Lewis books by telekinesis, using the cybershaman, attempting to 'remote view" the Akashic records, the tree of life, and my purpose in this life. How pleasantly surprised and incredibly profoundly struck, and blessed I was 3 days later to stumble upon them, and to have the treasure of treasures Spiritually, and far more of a "remote view" of the Akashic Records than I could have done in just one r.v. session.

A lot to consider,,, but the evidence is there... from Ezekiel, to the cave walls of ancient... There Is Nothing NEW UNDER THE SUN. THAT WHICH HAS BEEN, WILL BE, that WHICH IS ALREADY WAS.
