For all of us, its about listening to and getting to know our bodies. I find it best to try and get in touch with my inner knowing and pay attention to the signs and messages my body sends me through reactions that may be physical, mental, or spiritual because we are all these things, not just the physical. I try and remember when I was feeling good and what it was that I was doing, eating, etc... then. Its best to understand what works for our individual selves and give ourselves that freedom....but we also have to remember to be honest with ourselves.
