I have been trying to find information on the web regarding diet and joint pain which led me to a myriad of ways claiming to aleviate the pain or eliminate it completely. I have been an ovo/lacto vegetarian for a year now (raise my own chickens and buy fresh milk from a local farmer) as well as having done 5 day juice fasts every 4 to 6 weeks during the past year, coupled with colonics. I am planning on eliminating the eggs and dairy from my diet in the near future. I am now on the Lemonade Diet for the 5th day using the salt water wash as prescribed instead of the enemas which seems to work really well without any hassle involved. I've dropped 8lbs. so far, most of which is water weight. I feel good and have noticed an improvement in my shoulder pain already. I would really appreciate knowing which of the supplements "Larry" took or is taking that he feels contributed to his overall recovery. I simply don't want to resort to any operation or even doctor's visits for my shoulder pain. I am also taking chrodointin/glucosamine 3x a day for about 6 months with no real noticeable improvement.
anyway, thanks for an informative website... I hope to be able to hang onto the lemonade thing for at least 3 more days, but pasta noodles are swimming in my head constantly!
