you can try it for 1 day, or for 2 days, or for 3 days, ...
No limitations.

But, 10 days represents the shortest time for seriously sick people who wants to get full therapeutic benefits.

Just make sure you don't skip oral enema (drinking salt water) in the morning, to empty your intestines at least once a day.

Content of intestines can make you sick, if you keep it inside your body for longer then few days.
