is a perfect example of what turns me off.
I've read the bible, it has huge inconsistencies; the Gospels according to various disciples were, certainly, as an easily traceabme point of historical fact, not written by those disciples.
For someone like me, trying to reconcile an ultra-religous upbringing and an enquiring mind, you are no help whatsoever.
