Dealing with Crohn's Disease?

I have been dealing with this disease known as Crohn's for three years now and I feel terrib;e. I have had only one surgery and I am scared that it is going to turn into a form of cancer. My soctors look at me like I am crazy when I tell them I am tired of taking 34 pills a day for this disease, depression, anxiety, a prescribed sleep aid, 3 different allergy medicines along with inhalers. I am 32 years old with 3 children who deserve better thatn this. My children deserve a better life that I want to give them, but how when I am suffering with this disease? What should I do? I am also taking Remicade infusions which make me feel worser than before I take it. I have nausea, joint aches and pains, and my lower right side still hurts. I also take Vicodin for the pain. I am in college with only 2 semesters to go and I am a part time work study at the college which I can barely mwke it in when I am sick. I need to work becaus eo of my children and because I get $297 from Social Service and that is not enought to take care of 3 children with. We live with my grandma and I feel like I can not move forward because of my illness, HELP ME GET THROUGH. HELP MY CHILDREN GET THROUGH, BECAUSE THEY DESRVE BETTER. No one will hire me full time because all of the medication I take and because of my illnessbut they always say we will call you soon and never do. So what is it for me to do? Tell me?
