gallbladder removel,diarrhea

afterv gallbladder removel my stomach has been a mess,chronic diarreha that has me to the point I hardly ever leave the house. I have been this way for four years with no improvement.Dr. not much help.I have three kids and things are hard to do like this If anyone has any ideas that might help.let me know and thanks to all .most people don't really understand this.
