Re: 1st timer totally DISGUSTED (and thrilled)!

I am a few months away from purchasing a colonics kit. I don't live in an area where a certified hydrotherapist can be found. I would like to know if there is something I can do with an enema that will give me really good results. Although not a colonic, I was just wanting to know if there is something I can do with a standard enema that will produce good results cleaning out my system.
