All those who've tried Robert Gray's cleanse- Help

Hello.

I've finally decided which cleanse to do. But I'm not sure how many Bulking Agents and intestinal cleansing formula to buy for each month.You see I live abroad and have to buy all this in advance to take with me.

Also, I have mild constipation so which Bulking agent do I buy,the special formula or the other one? In the UK we don't have the third and newest bulking agent(with inulin I think).
