Re: Can someone tell me what this green stuff is?

Hey Guys,
I posted a week ago or so about how after I did my Bowel Cleanse my face and scalp was suddenly very oily, and that my hair was shedding. I did a liver cleanse last weekend hoping that would help with the problem but it hasn't seemed to do anything. I mean I did drop some stones but it hasn't helped with my hair or oily face/scalp. I originally altered my diet and cleansed since my hair had been thinning since 16 (Im not 19). It seemed to be going well, but then 3 weeks ago I started to shed. It is really starting to wear on me. It just seems to be getting thinner and thinner and I am not really seeing any regrowth yet. I mean I know I shouldn't let it affect me but being 19 and in college its tough. I am praying that the hair loss is just telogen efflivium as a result of such a drastic change in diet. SO hopefully it will all come back soon. But it is just very very distressing right now. I started those foot pads a few days ago and have seen an increase in pimples, so I'm thinking that may be a sign they're working. I was just gonna see if you guys had any advice on what else I could be doing. I am eating very heatlhy, starting off my mornings with Dr. Shulchez Superfood, using clarika right now, and as I said using the detox foot patches at night. So if you guys have any advice please please let me know. I just want so despretply to stop this shed and finally start getting my hair back. Becuase it seems like if this is jsut Telogen Efflivium I should get it back nice and thick since I am giving my body so many nutrients taht it had been missing before on my awful eating habts. GucciC, if you get a chance it would be great to get an update on your situation. I'm sorry this was so long, but I just seem really lost right now.
