A question about "rope"

Hi. I'm pretty new to all of this so alot of what I read ,I don't understand. I keep coming across the term "rope" Is this feces that resembles rope? I started taking psyllium a few weeks ago (for the first time) and started passing feces that looked like rope. I'm just wondering if this is the same thing that everyone else is talking about.
