Thanks for the input! My sister has problems sleeping and I ve been telling her she needs to clean her liver. Her boss recommended the Sam-e, and although it sounded familar
I have no idea if its safe etc. So far shes only taken one and hasnt had any noticeable effects. She has only gotten drunk once in her life and I guess it didnt agree with her.
So if it affects her like that she probably wont use it for long. Anyone else have something to add? Marj
