Still pain free in the hip. Aching feeling is mostly gone from legs, sole of right foot is still somewhat sore when stretched and right ankle is very slightly swollen. Pads were slightly less dark brown this morning. I had them on for 13 hours this time, 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.
I am tempted to wear some pads during the day directly on my hip and wondering if this would be advisable. Also considered putting them on my trapezoid muscles which are always tight. Has anyone else tried this?
