I have been purchasing Zidiz pads since they appeared. Your right, their packaging was "wanting" at first; now they have this awesome chrome package! As for the product being inferior, all I can say is that I can hardly keep in stock! Another thing, on the Detoxi-Pad website, under testimonials, the first testimonial is by a fellow named Chris who turns out to be the owner of Zidiz -no wonder D-Pad badmouths him...tusk..tusk.
