Yes, I am planning to start Sun. I did the salt walter flush just to clean system in morning (didn't do MC) and let me tell you, it works in about 45min-1hour. It is and pardon me, not pleasant to drink,(but not horrible) but very pleasant to get "washed out" it is like a (forgive my description)like a garden hose was doing the job. No pain, no discomfort but cleaned out. I suggest before bed make the mix, when you rise to pee an hour or early than staying up, shake it up and drink.
