Vaccines/Immunizations for CNA's/Health Care Workers

As CNA's [Certified Nursing Assistant], my wife & i are finding it difficult to get hired for work in hospitals without providing proof of MMR & Vericela(?) vaccines. We are in our 30's & have had both of these when we were in grade school. How can we get a record of these? We don't want to get vaccinated again, ever, for anything. Is there a waiver the prospective employer can/should provide us with?
